Beebotics advisor Jason Kaeding told the board that the Bridgman Robotics team qualified for the Robotics Team World Competition in Houston, scheduled April 29–May 2, and noted that the team is one of two from Berrien County attending and is ranked 45 of 531 teams in Michigan. The board approved the team’s attendance by motion of Tishia Roberts, supported by JoAnn DeMeulenaere; motion carried 6–0.
The administration will complete travel arrangements, chaperone assignments and required permissions for student travel to the competition.
