Commission preview: Lennar, Forest Yards rec center, senior living and comp plan review could come in July

Staff provided a brief preview of items that may appear on the July 28 Planning and Zoning Commission agenda. Projects mentioned included a Lennar/Heritage Gardens resubmittal, a Forest Yards Recreation Center site plan for the parcel next to the previously approved hotel, and a senior living proposal in Conservancy Place; staff also said the commission hopes to begin the comprehensive plan annual review in July but could defer to August if materials are not ready.
Mark asked commissioners to expect a longer July 28 meeting if these items materialize and said the group would avoid scheduling a second monthly meeting unless necessary. The staff preview emphasized that some projects remain under review and may slip between the July and August agendas.
