During the chair's report, commissioners were briefed on a planned transition to Granicus for agenda and packet management. Brandy, who spoke for staff, said the first use of the new system for the commission will be the July 28 meeting and acknowledged there "may be hiccups" with the initial launch.
Brandy added the village will be able to fall back to the existing OnBase system for about a month if necessary while the new program is stood up. The chair framed the change as a budgeted item discussed at the village board and asked commissioners to expect a transition in July.
