At the start of the April 13 meeting the board recognized student accomplishments and extracurricular activities. Four eighth-grade students spoke about their recent trip to Washington, D.C., and the board recognized High School State Wrestling qualifiers.
Superintendent Eding reported a busy spring season focused on state testing, upcoming enrollment activities, performing arts events, and mentioned a top-ranked robotics team. Student Representative Logan Hendrix also visited with eighth-grade student leaders to hear their comments, according to the minutes.
