Shortly after approving the agenda the board voted to recess into closed session at 4:01 p.m. for the Superintendent's evaluation and negotiations. The motion to enter closed session was moved by Maria Bowater and supported by Nathan Mitchell; roll-call votes recorded five Ayes, with trustees Lindsay Clark and Ray Martin listed as absent. The minutes record the board coming out of closed session at 5:32 p.m., then approving the Superintendent evaluation as presented (motion by Maria Bowater, supported by Mary Beth Sons), with the file noting the evaluation rating as EFFECTIVE and the approval recorded 5-0. The meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
