Trustee Jason Davis moved to approve the consent agenda, which included approval of prior meeting minutes, payment of monthly bills, employment actions and acceptance of resignations and retirements. Trustee Jessica Hazelhoff seconded the motion; the board voted 5–0 in favor with Trustees Shelly Jirgens and Mike Keeler absent.
In a separate action the board considered a FOIA appeal. Board Secretary Shannon Goodwin moved the motion regarding the appeal, seconded by Treasurer Todd Bentley; the motion passed unanimously among the five members present.
