County approves Fisher Acres preliminary and final plats for three lots on Lower Whitefish

"Based on the application submitted, staff packet, public comments, and the finding of fact is recommended to approve the preliminary plat of Fisher Acres," Chris said.
Commissioner Lee moved to approve the preliminary plat; that motion passed by voice vote. Chris later reported that all requirements were met for the final plat application and recommended approval; the board approved the final plat on a subsequent motion. Staff said final‑plat requirements had been satisfied and did not list additional conditions at the meeting.
