Housing authority outlines inspection cadence, third-party checks and record-sharing with town

The executive director said the authority manages roughly 123 units across two developments and three family units and that staffing and certification allow in-house annual inspections, but the state sampling process means not every issue is caught by the state's less-frequent visits.
On information-sharing, the executive director offered to provide the board the recent 10-year facility assessment and to forward any 24-hour health-and-safety findings from third-party inspections to town files so the town and housing authority can coordinate enforcement and records. "We are inspected, every other year from the state for physical, assessment," the executive director said, and later confirmed, "A 123."
