She said remediation contractors completed the bulk of work quickly, asbestos testing returned negative and the tenant was provided hotel accommodations: "The test results came back, no asbestos," she said, and later added, "I relocated her for 11 days." The executive director described coordinating ServiceMaster for remediation, scheduling reinspections and replacing a refrigerator identified during the unit review.
