Health staff shut down Pulaski Boulevard store after structural, fire and food-safety violations

Inspectors also cited the store for selling unpermitted ready-to-eat items and unpackaged eggs; the staff member noted, "Those are unpasteurized. That's unsafe. Can't sell that." The meeting record showed the store had held a retail-food permit the prior year but did not renew it for the current period, which contributed to the enforcement action.
