Jeremy Krahe of Pulte Homes described a minor revision to the Hickory Greens Preserve preliminary plan during the Jan. 22 meeting. Krahe said the revision shifts lots to provide access through a stub connection to Hickory Greens proper and increased some small lots into larger ones; the revised plan reduces the total count from 622 lots to 621.
The Commission voted to approve the revised preliminary plan unanimously after staff indicated the revision was relatively minor and that the developer had worked with the township and local residents on the adjustments. The approval allows the applicant to proceed with the next steps of the subdivision review process under applicable township and county regulations.
