Tim Furtaw, facilities manager, presented the Jan Nash Preserve renovation plan and gave a not-to-exceed estimate of $244,000; he indicated he was ready to start the bidding process if the board approved moving forward to the Consent Agenda.
Furtaw also described a capital project to repair a manhole in the SCC parking lot with an informational estimate from Willy’s Contracting of $12,133. Both items were presented for board information and are scheduled to appear on next week’s Consent Agenda for approval.
No formal contract awards or approvals were made at the briefing; staff will return with bid materials and contract documents as required.
