The St. Charles Community Schools Board of Trustees approved routine financial and operational items at its April 22, 2026 meeting, including expenditures totaling $651,333.30 for March 2026.
"I move that the Board approve the expenditures of $651,333.30 for the month of March 2026," Trustee Allison Brady moved; the motion was seconded by Trustee Joseph McNaughton and carried 6–0. The Board also approved the 2026 graduate list contingent on students completing coursework and meeting attendance and graduation requirements; that motion was moved by Trustee Angie Lewis and seconded by Trustee Allison Brady.
Trustees approved several district procurement and membership items tied to facilities and student activities. The Board authorized district reopening updates for the middle school — including Larkin Painting ($67,545.00), a 2020 77-passenger bus ($77,892.00), and Clever Boards from Bluum USA, Inc. ($45,703.67) — on a motion by Trustee Angie Lewis, seconded by Trustee Kevin Ritenburg. The Board also approved Webberville and Morrice area schools joining the Mid-State Activities Conference.
