Paw Paw Public Schools board holds closed session for superintendent evaluation

"The board meeting was called to order by President McNitt at 5:00 p.m." The board moved quickly to a procedural vote to enter closed session "for the purpose of the Superintendent's Evaluation" at 5:01 p.m.; the motion was made by Board Member Mary Beth Sons and supported by Board Member Nathan Mitchell. The roll-call vote recorded six yes votes and one absence: Maria Bowater (yes), Lindsay Clark (yes), Thomas Imus (yes), Ray Martin (absent), Brent McNitt (yes), Nathan Mitchell (yes), Mary Beth Sons (yes).
The board recorded that Supt Davison, A Clark, and R Green (MASB Consultant) were present during the closed-session evaluation. "The Board President DECLARED at 6:15 p.m. to come out of the Closed Session." After returning from closed session the board adjourned at 6:16 p.m. No community members spoke during the public participation portion of the meeting, and no additional actions or directives on the evaluation were disclosed in the public minutes.
