The board recorded the dollar amount on the consent agenda as "R.A.G. Carryover funds in the amount of $1,941,630.00 for the purchase of funds to be used." Mrs. Seals moved to accept the wording and the motion passed 5–0.
Board members did not list line‑item allocations during the meeting but indicated purchases will follow normal procurement and oversight processes. The finance committee chair, Treasurer R. A. Knapp, noted that budget presentations, a budget hearing and budget adoption meetings are scheduled in June as part of the district's fiscal calendar.
The board approved the carryover funds as part of a larger consent package that included minutes, monthly financials, human resources reports and several curriculum and policy items.
