The consent agenda also recorded multiple resignations and retirements with effective dates provided in the packet. The board voted Ayes 7, Nays 0 to carry the motion, which was moved by Maureen Eigen and seconded by Alan Zeithamer.
The package further listed non‑licensed hires and Community Education staff (for example, Bill Engebretson as Performing Arts Center Manager, hire date 6/5/26) and co‑curricular appointments such as assistant coaches and marching band staff. The board accepted donations intended to support student activities, including $1,000 from LGC Genomics for the DECA program and donations to HOSA of $1,000 from the Forada Lions Club and $3,200 from Geneva Capital, recorded in the agenda.
Because the agenda bundled these items under the consent motion, the board did not take separate roll‑call votes on individual personnel listings; the single consent vote was unanimous.
