The Williamston Board of Education voted unanimously on July 27 to approve the 2026 School Bond Loan Fund Resolution. Christopher Lewis moved the measure, Deborah Wolf seconded, and the board took a roll-call vote with all seven members voting yes.
Director of Finance Sarah Tynan reviewed the resolution and told the board the district will borrow additional monies from the School Bond Loan Fund over the next couple of years as planned and that "loan needs will decrease in 2029 as debt issues drop off." The minutes note a complete, signed copy of the resolution is attached to the meeting record.
