Westwood board approves consent agenda including $869,746.40 in checks and personnel actions

President Cheryl Bell called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m., and the board moved quickly to a comprehensive consent agenda. Trustee Angela Hopkins moved to approve minutes from several meetings, the April 30 financial statements, check registers and purchase orders over $3,000; Vice President Timothy Emery seconded the motion.
