During the May 18 special meeting Superintendent Keevin O'Neill briefed the board on major projects planned for the 2026–27 school year. He listed key initiatives including CTE work, robotics, a hospitality class and an interior design course, and told trustees the new Sunset principal will be introduced at the June meeting.
O'Neill also said professional learning communities (PLCs) will be rebooted to support staff collaboration and curriculum development. The May 18 briefing served as an initial planning step; the board will review details and any resource requests at future meetings.
