Board selects Great River Engineering to scope water and wastewater rate study

Harrington said the firm would also pursue grant funding opportunities to help with recommended projects, which the board identified as a priority for utility planning and financial sustainability.
The board did not vote on a contract dollar amount at the meeting; staff will return with a scope and cost for formal approval.
