Board hires elementary support coordinator, approves speech pathologist and ratifies three-year teachers' contract

Board members framed the personnel and contract votes as routine approvals to staff the district for the coming year. Dr. Adam Spina, the superintendent, earlier described the year as positive: "This has been a very positive year."
