Commissioner Lopke moved to approve the plat "per findings of fact discussed on 03/2025," and Commissioner Lee seconded. Roll call recorded aye votes from Commissioners Lee, Coring (Koring), Lubcke and Barrows and a nay from Commissioner Francine; the motion carried. Board members discussed concerns that one cabin’s position "almost hanging over the lake," and emphasized that the cabin must remain within its existing footprint unless the owner seeks a variance.
