"Ricky motioned to executive session per VSA 313 (A) (1) (F) to discuss confidential attorney-client communications made for the purpose of providing professional legal service to the body," the minutes state. The executive session began at 6:02 p.m. and the record shows the board exited at 6:21 p.m. Selectboard member Tim Bullard then moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:22 p.m.; Chair Ricky Morin seconded and the meeting adjourned.
