Selectboard approves administrative items, certifies Grand List and delays office addition

The Selectboard handled a set of administrative items at its Feb. 10 meeting. Ricky Morin moved and Clayton Whittemore seconded approval of the Jan. 27, 2026 minutes with a correction; the motion carried. The minutes further record that four orders were signed during the meeting.
Tim Bullard moved to sign the Grand List Certification of No Appeals; Clayton Whittemore seconded and the certification was signed. A requested "Resolution of Freedom of the Press" was discussed and the board said it was too late to include in the current Town Report; the minutes note that proper protocols would be required to include such a resolution in future reports. Discussion of an office addition was tabled to a later meeting; the board adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
