Cascade Avenue rezone request sent back for more information after public comment

After discussion and a council disclosure that Councilmember Rhonda Salerno is friends with two public commenters, the Council voted to direct Director Penny and the Planning Advisory Board to bring back more information on the Cascade Avenue rezone request in July. The motion to send the item back for more information was moved by Councilmember Rhonda Salerno and seconded by Councilmember Craig Cyr and passed unanimously.
