Town manager reports ice rink progress, DOL fines appeal, attorney retirement and Page Rd. agreement

He notified the council that the town’s attorney, Roger Huber, will retire in May and that the town will need to seek new legal counsel. The meeting adjourned on a unanimous motion by Mr. Caruso, seconded by Mr. Day.
