The council accepted a $100 donation to the Recreation Department from 207 Photo and Design on a motion by Councilor Caruso, seconded by Councilor Cookson. Under manager items, Town Manager McClung reported that he has identified a realtor to list the property on Cedar Breeze North (Map 44 Lot 005): James Spear, described in the minutes as a Glenburn resident, who agreed to list the property at a 6% commission. Manager updates also included reminders of a Dec. 19 Christmas party and a Dec. 11 Fire Department blood drive, a meeting with Sheriff Morton about the law‑enforcement contract, and notice that Mr. Huber will retire effective May 1, prompting a need to search for a new town attorney.
