Selectboard member Chuck Martel was nominated and elected chair of the Fayston Selectboard during the board’s March 10 meeting. Ron Graves nominated Martel for chair, Michael Jordan seconded the nomination, and the board voted unanimously to approve the motion.
The board also chose Michael Jordan as vice chair in a separate motion. Ron Graves nominated Jordan and Chuck Martel seconded; that motion likewise passed with all members voting in favor. The elections were taken early in the meeting as the board organized for its next term.
