Eden and Hyde Park approve shared $93,000 NHP/Eden Fire Department budget, paving excluded

Ricky Morin moved to accept the budget "as proposed without the paving cost, and with a total of $93000 to be shared between Hyde Park and Eden." Clayton Whittemore seconded the motion, which was approved by the members present. Town members noted that Hyde Park would determine how it planned to fund its share of any paving costs and notify Eden before any paving expenditure was brought to Eden taxpayers for consideration.
The decision leaves the operating budget to be supported through the towns' usual budget processes while treating the paving as a discrete capital expense that can be sourced from reserves or other funds if available.
