Council approves payroll and A/P vouchers, moves DSR memos off consent

During discussion Councilmember Craig Cyr requested that item 2.e (memos from the Dismantling Systemic Racism Commission concerning Community Safe Spaces and an ICS alert) be removed from the consent agenda and placed on New Business for direct council consideration. Following the amendment to remove 2.e., the council approved the amended consent agenda. The consent action included routine approvals of posted commission meeting minutes, council meeting minutes (05/19/2025 and 05/27/2025), and an LMSA Street Dance noise variance.
