At the July 22 meeting a resident, Kim Tripplett, addressed the Board to report what she described as neglect in her subdivision. Tripplett told trustees that "there is over-grown grass in the subdivision which causes coyotes and deer in the area," and that the vegetation creates hazardous driving conditions.
Trustees did not record a formal motion in response during the meeting. The comment was made during the public comment portion of the meeting; no other public speakers were recorded on the hearing for the Appropriation Ordinance.
