At the same meeting the board approved BPM #1527 authorizing total disbursements of $406,684.80, which the Finance report says includes payroll of $187,697.48. Trustee Cynthia Eaves moved approval and Trustee David Lilly seconded; the same four trustees voted in favor. Finance Director Kimberly Swiderek provided a brief narrative on the Village's financial condition during the public hearing on the ordinance.
The ordinance and disbursement vote concluded the board's required annual appropriations action under Section 2-748 of the Village Code. The public hearing on Ordinance #25-19 drew no oral or written public comments, according to the meeting record.
