Lynwood trustees approve resolution to authorize sale of 11-acre Torrence Avenue property

Trustee Lilly moved to approve the resolution and Trustee Dunlap seconded. A roll call vote recorded Trustees Eaves, Lilly, Dunlap, Blakey and Marshall voting yes; no trustees voted no; Trustee Hurt was absent. The motion carried and the board recorded the action as approved.
Mayor Curry described the parcel as an approximately 11-acre corner site at Torrence and Glen-Lansing Road and said a sales sign will be posted on the property. He asked that anyone aware of potential buyers contact Coldwell Banker Realty, the village’s listing agent.
The meeting opened at 9:00 a.m. and adjourned at 9:04 a.m. Clerk Karen Wingfield-Bond signed the minutes for the session. No public comments were made during the meeting.
