At the meeting the Plan Commission approved a slate of items by voice vote: the Sept. 16 minutes; Plan Commission Resolution 24-15 (comprehensive plan amendment) and the related master conceptual plan for properties at Highway 165 and Highway 31; Cedar Ridge subdivision Phase 1 final plat and related comprehensive plan and zoning map amendments; and a certified survey map, address change and zoning amendments related to village-owned property near the Pleasant Prairie Police Department.
All motions were made, seconded and approved by voice vote; the chair declared "the ayes have it" on each item. Several items require follow-up steps before construction or sale: submission of a CSM and development agreement for the commercial master plan, executed development agreement and financial security for Cedar Ridge before grading or construction, and recording of the CSM and address change before the village sells the existing home.
