The Pojoaque Valley Public Schools Board of Education voted to approve a one-year contract with Everest Analytics to refine the district’s strategic plan and set up a progress-monitoring calendar.
Superintendent Segura told the board the contract "is in the amount of $93,100." She said the work will provide data on progress toward all four goals of the strategic plan and that the term is one year. Board members asked clarifying questions about the scope; Segura confirmed the vendor will deliver a monitoring calendar to track progress across the plan’s goals.
The board carried the motion to approve the contract during the action portion of the meeting. The district’s staff will execute the agreement and return with any final contract language needed to meet PSFA or other funding deadlines.
