Plan Commission approves site plan for new 366,000‑sq‑ft Uline office building in Pleasant Prairie

The Village of Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission voted to approve final site and operational plans for a new Uline office building in the Prairie Highlands Corporate Park.

Planning staff described the project as the fourth headquarters office building for Uline in the village, sited on roughly 44.8 acres and proposed as a three‑story building with a basement totaling nearly 366,000 square feet. "The proposed project is the 4th headquarters office building for Uline and continues their growth in Pleasant Prairie," said Rob, a village planning staff member. Staff told the commission the site would include an approximately 4,000‑square‑foot utility building, more than 1,000 parking spaces (including 25 accessible stalls) and about 65% open space. Staff recommended approval and noted site grading and early utility work had already been allowed under previously approved preliminary plans.

Staff said the facility is being built to accommodate up to 1,300 full‑time employees and that occupancy is anticipated in spring 2026. The commission made a motion to approve the final plans; the motion was seconded and recorded as adopted with members voting "Aye." The record shows the plan commission previously conditionally approved a master conceptual plan for the Uline H‑4 site on 2024‑01‑15 and approved preliminary site work on 2024‑04‑15, which staff said allowed early footing, foundation and underground utility work to proceed.
