Council was informed that the City of Electric City was ineffectively served with paperwork relating to a personal injury claim from a December 2022 accident involving a city snowplow and a resident. City Clerk Peggy Nevsimal said the city's attorney emailed the attorney listed on the service paperwork, but that attorney has not responded and, to date, the claim has not been filed with the Grant County Superior Court.
