On Nov. 12, 2025 the Electric City Council approved Addendum No. 1 extending its contract with TD&H Engineering through Dec. 31, 2028 and adopted Ordinance 615-2025 setting salaries and wages for calendar year 2026. Both motions carried unanimously (TD&H extension: M/S Martin/Gilbert; ordinance: M/S Boyce/Redfield). The meeting minutes do not include the salary schedules or contract financial details.
Council also voted to solicit a Request for Qualifications for a new City Attorney, with the solicitation to begin in February 2026 (M/S Boyce/Buche). Staff were directed to prepare the RFQ documents and timeline for the recruitment process.
