The board exited that session at 8:01 p.m.
Later in the meeting, at 8:04 p.m., the board entered a second executive session under 1 V.S.A. § 313(a)(2) for real-estate negotiations; the motion was made by Jim Linville, seconded by Linda Saarnijoki, and recorded as unanimously approved. The minutes record that Road Commissioner Jeff Yrsha was invited to participate. The board exited at 8:30 p.m.
