Saarnijoki then moved to approve and sign SO#21 Vendors in the amount of $1,316,223.02; Fitzpatrick seconded and that motion also passed unanimously. The minutes record no roll-call votes; present members were Denis Benson, Brian Gehlich, Linda Saarnijoki and Katie Fitzpatrick.
