The Town of Weston Selectboard learned that the Oct. 28, 2025 meeting was not recorded and on Nov. 11 agreed to add a standing agenda item at every meeting to confirm the recording has begun. Shawna Batogowski told the board the lapse was an error and recommended the procedural change to prevent recurrence.
Chair Denis Benson confirmed the recording for the Nov. 11 meeting at 7:30 p.m. and the board adopted the plan to include a recording-confirmation item on future agendas. The change is intended to ensure an official record is available for minutes and public review.
