Separately, Clerk (voice S1) read a submitted public comment from Charles Blackwell alleging unprofessional conduct by staff member Tara Swain and questioning donations from Joan Hennessy to Mayor Wooley's campaign; the comment was entered into the record without response. Council members also offered condolences for the family of Jacob Robinson and clarified that Eureka Road is under Wayne County authority, noting an expedited safety review is underway.
