Staff told the board the 458th Avenue bridge deck pour east of Preston is planned for Thursday and that fog seal work on Z‑20 between Highway 64 north to Spragueville will require about three to four weeks before permanent pavement markings are applied. Supervisors asked staff about contractor schedules, how working days are accounted for during flooding delays, and coordination with residents and the post office to avoid trapping mail or livestock.
