During the Feb. 9 meeting the Asotin City Council approved its consent calendar, which included the minutes of the Jan. 26, 2026 regular meeting; payroll disbursements dated 1/15/2026 (Checks #47643–47648 and EFTs) totaling $25,913.06; and expense claims dated 2/9/2026 (Checks #47649–47671 and EFTs) totaling $26,763.39. Councilmember Steve Cowdrey moved approval of the consent calendar and Councilmember David Weakland seconded; the motion passed 4–0.
The council also approved a motion to excuse Councilmember Tim Ottmar's absence (motion by Weakland, second by Loseth, passed 4–0). A motion to adjourn (made by Weakland and Cowdrey) passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m. The minutes were signed by Mayor Dwayne Paris and Clerk-Treasurer Tina Davidson.
