Clerk-Treasurer Alana Paumen reported that West Central collected 18.95 tons of recyclable materials from the township during October and that multiple residents have complained their recycling carts were not emptied on several occasions.
Paumen also reported the township will pay a MATIT workers-comp premium of $7,580.00 at the end of the month. The board did not record additional follow-up actions in the minutes other than noting the complaints; staff will likely follow up with the hauler to resolve missed pickups.
