Commission notes recording rules and a July 17 regional selectboard meet-up

Chair Rich Turner reminded commissioners about recording requirements, saying this is a nonadvisory meeting type that must be recorded and retained for 30 days. "This is a nonadvisory meetings so we are required to record them and keep them on file for 30 days," Turner said. He noted that recording advisory meetings can also help residents who miss hearings catch up.
Turner also relayed an email invitation for a regional Selectboard meet-up scheduled for July 17 at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center (58 Barre St.), with pizza and soft drinks served at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting starting at 6:00 p.m. Registrations for that event were requested through Jackie.
