Planning commission accepts April minutes, sets next meeting and adjourns
Summary

At the start of the June 11 meeting Rama Schneider moved to accept the April 9, 2025 minutes as written; the motion was seconded by David (Dave) Traczyk and approved by the commission. Later in the meeting Susan Lyons moved to adjourn; the motion was seconded by Dave Traczyk and the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
Town Manager Jackie Higgins provided commissioners a copy of the Municipal Planning Grant agreement. Chair Rich Turner and staff discussed attendance reporting and warrant paperwork for commissioner compensation for meetings attended, and Turner thanked the town manager for time spent on the grant application.
The commission set its next meeting for July 9, 2025.
