Board told HVAC contractor insurance now reviewing Skamania repairs

Katie told the Board that Dan's Top-Notch's insurance company began its review about a week ago and that Pacifica's attorney plans to send an additional letter to Par Tech. "The process is slow but progressing," she said, and she intends to follow up directly with Dan's Top-Notch's insurer within the next week if there is no response. The Board received no new cost estimates or timelines at the meeting; Katie described the status as a holding pattern pending insurer responses.
