The Bryan City Planning & Zoning Commission opened its Jan. 15, 2026 meeting and elected Anne McBroom Bauchi as chair, Clayton Watson as vice chair and Leo Gonzalez as parliamentarian after a motion that was seconded and approved without objection.
Chair announced the open public-comment period for citizens and reported that no one spoke and no affidavits had been filed. The commission then approved the consent agenda by voice vote. “All in favor, please say aye,” the chair said before declaring the motions passed unanimously.
