"We provide accessible, elite level care and actionable plans that address NFPA 1582 standards while reducing injuries, illnesses, and line of duty deaths through lifestyle of prevention and early intervention," Norin said.
Council members commended the results and noted the program's potential cost savings and morale benefits. After brief questions, council adopted the consent motion to continue the program.
Staff said next steps involve continuing to pursue grant funding and using the accumulated data to provide targeted, personalized health plans for higher‑risk employees.
